Terms of use

BHS Home Wellness is a product discovery and comparison property operated by Brutal Honesty Solutions LLC. It is not a healthcare provider, clinic, product manufacturer, authorized dealer, or individualized professional-advice service unless BHS expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific relationship.

Information purpose

Content is provided to help consumers understand general product categories, ownership considerations, and comparison factors. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, installation instruction, or individualized product-use recommendation.

BHS ownership and intellectual property

Except for third-party materials that are identified as such, the BHS Home Wellness site structure, original written content, buying-guide organization, original graphics, brand elements, software, code, workflows, selection and arrangement of information, and other original BHS materials are owned by or licensed to Brutal Honesty Solutions LLC. No ownership interest is transferred by viewing, linking to, referring consumers through, or participating in a commercial relationship with BHS.

Limited permission to use the site

Visitors may use this property for personal, lawful informational purposes. No person or commercial partner may copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, white-label, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create a competing derivative from, or commercially exploit BHS proprietary site content, structure, workflows, data, or brand assets except to the extent expressly authorized in a separate written agreement or allowed by applicable law.

No implied license to the BHS business system

An affiliate, dealer, manufacturer, referral, advertising, or other commercial relationship does not by itself grant any license to BHS Home Wellness, Brutal Honesty Solutions intellectual property, proprietary workflows, consumer experience, buying-guide framework, source organization, data, software, or operating methods. Any permission granted to a partner must be specific, limited, documented, and revocable according to the applicable written agreement.

Third-party products and partner responsibility

Third-party manufacturers, sellers, dealers, service providers, and other commercial partners remain responsible for their own products, specifications, claims, pricing, availability, warranties, shipping, fulfillment, installation requirements, instructions, safety notices, regulatory obligations, and customer support. BHS does not assume those responsibilities merely because it provides general information or a disclosed referral or affiliate connection.

Third-party names, marks, images, and links

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, photographs, links, feeds, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. BHS uses them only where permitted by law, license, or documented commercial authorization. A link or reference does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship, agency, exclusivity, or authorization.

Commercial relationships

BHS does not claim an active affiliate, dealer, reseller, or referral relationship unless that relationship is factual and disclosed. A future approved commercial connection may be governed by additional route-specific disclosures, tracking requirements, partner terms, and consumer-consent controls.

No warranties for third-party offerings

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BHS does not make independent warranties about third-party products or partner performance. Product-specific warranties, guarantees, claims, and remedies are those provided by the responsible manufacturer, seller, or other third party.

Limitation of BHS role

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BHS is not responsible for losses arising solely from a third party's product defect, inaccurate product claim, warranty decision, shipping or fulfillment failure, installation work, professional service, or conduct outside BHS's own acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsible use

Consumers are responsible for following manufacturer documentation and obtaining any qualified installation, service, healthcare, or other professional input required for a product or situation.

Governing law and dispute review

These terms are intended for a California-based business and should be interpreted consistently with applicable law. Any final governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or dispute-resolution clause should be confirmed by qualified legal counsel before public reliance or partner activation.

Changes and survival

BHS may update these terms as the property, law, or commercial relationships change. Provisions concerning intellectual property, ownership, payment obligations created by a separate written agreement, confidentiality, data handling, indemnification, accrued rights, and other provisions that by their nature should survive may continue after termination of a commercial relationship as provided in the applicable agreement.
