DISCLOSURES
Commercial relationships are disclosed only when they are real.
At launch, BHS Home Wellness has no active commercial relationship represented on this property for the equipment categories shown here. No manufacturer, dealer, affiliate, or referral authorization should be inferred from category coverage.
Compensation disclosure
If BHS later enters an approved relationship in which it may receive compensation from a consumer connection or purchase, BHS will activate the compensation disclosure only when that relationship is factual and will disclose it clearly. A general disclosures page will not be the only notice: the applicable disclosure should also appear at or before the relevant monetized link, referral action, or commercial call-to-action when required.
No invented affiliation
BHS will not display a partner logo, tracking link, authorized status, commission statement, promotional code, or commercial call-to-action unless the underlying relationship and permission are established.
Partner brand and content permissions
Partner names, logos, product photographs, trademarks, feeds, advertising copy, APIs, and other partner materials will be used only within the scope of documented permission, license terms, campaign rules, and applicable law. BHS does not treat access to a partner program as ownership of, or unrestricted permission to reuse, partner intellectual property.
Product information
General comparison information may be organized by BHS. Product-specific specifications, pricing, availability, warranty, installation requirements, and manufacturer claims must be confirmed with the source responsible for that product.
Future referrals and consent
No consumer information will be transmitted to a commercial partner until an approved route, applicable disclosure, and affirmative consent process are implemented for that route. BHS intends to preserve the applicable consent language, commercial state, and route authority needed to explain why a handoff occurred.
Tracking and compensation
Before BHS activates a monetized route, the applicable commercial agreement should define what event is compensable, the tracking method, attribution window, duplicate rules, cancellations or returns, chargebacks, payment timing, minimum payout if any, reporting access, and a process for resolving tracking discrepancies.
